The final email: Feeling behind on AI?
Start here: habits + tools our students kept after the course ended.
If you’ve been watching AI from the sidelines thinking “I should probably…”, this is the email for you.

The third and final in our festive(ish!) pre-christmas wrap up. You’ve read about sifting the hype from the noise, you’ve heard what we think of the steady progress in real world usage.
Now let’s find our what our 120 alumni - interesting people looking to get to grips with these new tools - have used and would recommend to people just like you. Something to keep you buys over the holidays!
Tool 1: LaunchLemonade
Should you use chatgpt, or gemini, or claude, deepseek or grok? Have you even heard of those those AIs? Each is different, and using each teaches you a little more about how to get the most out of AI. We teach using a platform called LaunchLemonade - where you can access all of these and the rest of the best 20+ AI models from Google, OpenAI, Meta, xAI, and many more.
You can also create AI teammates for tasks like customer support, content creation, and workflow automation without needing programming knowledge. Try it here
I just avoided doing anything with AI even though I knew I needed to do something at some point. This was the perfect format for me to really have a structured way of looking at it and understand it more.
Tool 2: NotebookLM
This is a great tool from google which allows you to turn any books, documents, email exchanges, videos - anything really - into an interactive AI-generated podcast, slide deck, quiz, mind map, or explainer video.
If you’re feeling frivolous you can upload your entire whatsapp group chat history and turn it into a fun quiz (who abuses emoji use the most?) for your friends. Or for something more serious, you can create a powerpoint of the recurring issues or biggest wins from the last year by sharing your email archive with it. A very powerful tool for visualising loads of data and text. Try it here
I did start out being quite overwhelmed and just dismissive… but now… I have all these experts now that are just so helpful.”
Tool 3: Zapier Agents
If you’ve run your own business you might have heard of Zapier - it’s a tool that allows different services - like gmail and instagram for example - to work with and instruct each other automatically. But Zapier now allows you to build AI agents to take this a step further - for example to monitor and collect feedback about your business 24/7 across all review sites, social media, your inboxes, and create a full ‘this is what you need to fix / double down on’ workplan and step-by-step instructions. Using agents to do deeper research of the markets and find me possible contacts has been a game-changer.
If I'm doing a workout, I run an agent, if I'm watching TV, I run an agent. It's addictive!
Tool 4: Wispr Flow
“Your hands are made for better things than typing - like playing piano, pinching babie’s cheeks, and hanging mistletoe”, Henry says.
And finally we can honour our hands by unchaining them from the desk and keyboard. AI has finally cracked perfect voice dictation and comprehension. (Unlike Alexa and Siri!)
So you can speak your emails instead of typing them. Dictate your powerpoints. Talk to your shopping lists. The times when it’s more convenient to talk than type are hard to count. Try it here
“I put all my notes from a note taker into an agent and just, before I have a meeting, ask a few questions, ask a recap… it’s just so much easier and faster than any sort of note taking I had before.”
Tool 5: Nanobanana Pro 🍌
Silly name, but a fantastic tool for image generation and editing from Google.
Yes, it’s great at ‘adding a mustache’ and other silly things.
But try something a little more interesting - upload two photos of you - as a child and adult, and have it edit the two of you to be at a fairground together. Or take your wedding photos and ask it to show you the view from 2 meters behind the cameraman’s shoulder. It can show you interesting nuance, recreate images, and create anything from fun photos to share with friends to incredibly detailed infographics for your next presentation. Try it here
The network’s been incredible… Just kind of meeting people… that are all passionate about AI. I think it’s good to be involved in a group that all want to learn as well. That’s been a game changer”

5 AI tools that 120 people now swear by, saving them hours every week. Give them a try yourself!
“Now I use LaunchLemonade every day, all day, 10 times, 100 times a day. I’ve got my AI teammates performing certain tasks and roles… It’s been great.”
If you try these tools casually, you’ll get interesting - but random - wins.
If you want the compounding payoff, you need the missing layer: how to choose the right jobs for AI, set them up as workflows, and build AI teammates you trust.

Merry Christmas, wishing you great offline connection with the people who matter most to you - we’re cheering you on!
