Ending the year with a bit of magic

How cool would it feel to do this yourself in 2026?

Two things to try in the new year and a final thought from us.

Friends - here we are - the end of 2025. One last email before we stagger / somersault into 2026 gripping a bit of left over tinsel and a to-do list. Thanks for being with us throughout and so far, we appreciate you!

I want to end the year with a simple thought: AI is really interesting. It’s tech we love and are fascinated by, because we see the possibilities - how it’s going to enable people and organisations to achieve really cool, impactful things.

Here’s a couple of things which are currently blowing our minds, which - by the time the spring/summer sun starts to peek through - you might be using daily. And a couple of thoughts people have shared with us this year which might be really useful for you too.

  1. AI running inside your laptop - “Claude Code”

Claude is an AI model (just like ChatGPT). You can install a tool called Claude Code, which lets this AI model, Claude, run wild inside your computer - with access to everything.

Ask it to reorganise all your messy files into neat folders, rename all your documents to something sensible (no more draft_doc_final_final(3)Actual.pptx), delete duplicates & old downloaded files you don’t need. Summarise all your documents for you.

Or, it can watch your screen as you browse & scroll, automatically saving every ad, post, or site you see that’s in your industry, and then giving you a nightly summary of everything you’ve seen, how they all compare to your business, and how you can shape your messaging to be more competitive or distinctive.

it’s not aesthetic to look at, but it feels like having a PA working right next to you, on the same computer:

  1. AI works for you whilst you sleep - “n8n”

n8n is a platform where you can automate various tools - both regular ones you might know already (google docs, mailchimp, instagram etc), with AI tools, to create AI agents and automations.

For example, you can create an AI agent which automatically scans your inbox for emails with anything financial in - like receipts or invoices - which it then categorises, fills in a google sheet with the data, and syncs it with your accounting software. It looks a little bit like this when you set it up:

Again, not super pretty to look at but these are the kind of advanced use cases for when people get really good with AI. Hands off agents, working for you 24/7.

Two closing thoughts for the year

From what you’ve been telling us after our free masterclasses, in person meetups, and online:

  1. All this might look scary, but once you start experimenting and playing, the fears and sense of overwhelm melt away. It’s always always better to take action than to be stuck in analysis paralysis / fear.

I just avoided doing anything with AI even though I knew I needed to do something at some point. This was the perfect format for me to really have a structured way of looking at it and understand it more.

Sarah W, cohort 2
  1. Learning and doing things together, with a great group of people just like you, is better and faster than trying to go it alone. A strong network if interesting, ambitious people is always going to be a useful thing to have.

Thanks for a brilliant course - I found it so useful. Alongside all the tools and techniques we learnt, I found it really motivated me and gave me confidence to fully embrace AI. Seeing all the projects everyone was working on and how we were using AI in many different ways was so cool 💪✌️

That’s it from myself, Cien & Ben for this year. We’re going to spend 2026 the same way we did 2025. Helping people get really comfortable and familiar with this big technology change. Helping people make the most impact and do great things aided by new tools, rather than feeling scared of them.

Stay tuned, we’ll keep letting you know about what’s happening in AI - and, more importantly what it all means for you.

And, if you like the sound of all of this and want to get more practical and really learn how to lead with AI in 2026, our invitation is always to join us (and bring your colleagues & friends!) for any of our upcoming practical learning-by-doing courses:

Tuesday middays from 13th Jan (online)
Wednesday evenings (in person, London) from 14th Jan
Friday middays from 23rd Jan (online)

Have a great New Years,
